Welcome to the Havre Job Service Workforce Center Web Site. Whether you are unemployed, already working full or part-time, or would like help with career choices, we are here to assist you with your employment needs.
Some recent improvements in our services include more timely listings of job openings at https://jobs.mt.gov. Look for hints on our Havre office website on how to more effectively use jobs.mt.gov.
If you can visit us in person, please do so. You will find books, videos, and computer programs to help with such areas as writing resumes, applications, and job interviews. There is a bank of computers to use to access job openings and other employment resources. We offer workshops on customer service and other topics.
If you apply for certain jobs, you may be asked to take computerized testing on the "Prove It!" program which has over 800 assessments including office/professional, accounting, legal, healthcare, and Microsoft office packages.
Whether your contact is in person or by phone or email, a caring Employment Consultant will assist you. 96% of customers we surveyed said they were very or extremely satisfied with how our staff listened and were helpful.
